This is a delightful combination of Peruvian 70% Bean to Bar chocolate, infused with Lanzarote Sea Salt collected from Salinas de Janubio salt flats in the eastern coast of Lanzarote in the Canary Islands.
We use their Fleur de Sal (flower of salt) which is the first crystals formed on the drying flats which have the best flavour and purest white colour.

This is the best dark chocolate bar with sea salt, I’ve tried a few . Smooth and delicious, sea salt just makes the flavours stand out. Will be definitely buying more.
