How to track my order?
You will receive an email from us after you have placed the order. You’ll get confirmation in your email when you purchase and we’ll let you know when your order is on the move. You will be able to track your order through your preferred shipping partner.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been shipped. However, you could ask for a refund. See refund requirements.
How long does the delivery take?
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, free delivery is available within a 5 mile radius of Stonegate.
We also have free delivery for orders over £35 - UK Only

Do you ship overseas?
No.
We do not currently offer delivery outside the UK mainland and islands, sorry.
What is your Refund & Exchange Policy?
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received, amd MUST be in a fully resalable condition when they arrive back with us.
We do not accept refunds for any bars that have been opened, even by accident.
How do I track my Refund?
How long does it take to get the Refund?
Once we receive your return and see that the bars are in resaleable condition, please allow us 3-5 business days for your refund to process. Refund amount will be automatically debited to the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Its the many processes that take place between obtaing the raw Cacao beans and the chocolate bar that you love to eat.
Ethical sourcing
All of our Cacao is ethically sourced.
Meaning that the farmers get a good and fair payment for their product
There is no child labour used in the harvesting or growing or the beans
Attention is paid to the enviroment, protecting the growing areas and the rain forests
