Ground for 24 hours in our granite wheel grinders for that smooth texture! Hand Tempered using our own Cacao Butter Silk, then Hand Poured, wrapped and packaged.

White Chocolate 36%
A pure White Chocolate, made with Peruvian Cacao Butter, Pure Milk Powder and Cane Sugar.

Milk Chocolate 46%
A Milk Chocolate, made with Peruvian Cacao Nibs, Pure Milk Powder and Cane Sugar.

Dark Chocolate 70%
A Dark Chocolate, made with Peruvian Cacao Nibs, Cacao Butter and Cane Sugar.
