Philippines 72% chocolate made with beans from a Cacao Cooperative consisting of 40 farmers in the Davao region on the southern most island of the Philippines. This Mana Cacao blend consists of 5 selected bean varieties which has a balanced profile and a surprising explosion of flavours!

These beans are supplied to us by Silva Cacao in Belgium, who buy directly from the cooperative, thus ensuring that the farmers get a much larger payment than they would normally get through the usual export channels.
