Madagascar 73% chocolate made with beans from the Tsarafandray Cacao Cooperative in the Sambirano Valley, North Madagascar. This cooperative consists of 47 farmers who are all shareholders.

These beans are supplied to us by Silva Cacao in Belgium, who buy directly from the cooperative, thus ensuring that the farmers get a much larger payment than they would normally get through the usual export channels.

Flavour Notes: Cherry and Berry flavours on a well-balanced chocolaty undertone with fresh hints of citrus bloom in the aftertaste.
